If your camera is damaged or stolen, you can view or download footage under the following conditions:
The camera has a cloud subscription
The Cloud storage can help your camera to back up video recordings for the last 30 days. Thus, you can review this data even if the camera is offline, damaged, or stolen.
The camera does not have a cloud subscription but is connected to a Smart Hub
If the camera is connected to a hub, it prioritizes storing videos on the hub. Therefore, you can view these saved recordings.
If none of these conditions is satisfied, you are most likely not able to recover your video recordings because all the footage are stored locally.
