For Noorio cameras and doorbells:

Long press the SYNC button for about 10 seconds and check if the Ststus LED flashes blue.

Try to charge it for 10 minutes and try again.
For Noorio Smart Hub:

The LED is solid blue: press and hold the SYNC for over 2 seconds and try again.

The LED is solid red:
(a) Reconnect the Ethernet cable. Make sure it is firmly connected to yout router.
(b) Check your router settings and make sure you can visit the Internet via your router.
(c) Replug the power cable of the Smart Hub and try again.
