Check your router and network connection, place your camera next to your router and remove the barriers or obstacles blocking the camera.
Reboot your router, disable proxy and IP rules, and turn off the firewall in your router. If you are xfinity users, click here to read related articles and disable your firewall entirely, or contact your Internet provider to open port 50120 for you.
The camera is not compatible with hotel network or other free networks, which require login via a web page. For such case, please setup your device with another Wi-Fi network.
If it still cannot connect to the server then probably the server is busy so please try it again later.
