Preparation
Before the setup, you may need

A Wi-Fi router has a 2.4GHz network enabled. Generally, networks that end with '5','_5', or '_5G' are usually a 5GHz network and other networks are most likely 2.4GHz networks.

A smart phone with Noorio App installed and connected to your <Home_Wi-Fi>.
Now, you are ready to open the Noorio App, register an account, and tap "Set Up a Device" to add your devices.
Set up your device

Scan the QR code on the back of the device. You can also manually select the device model and input the setup code.

Name your device.

Select your <Home_Wi-Fi>, or manually enter your Wi-Fi credentials as the one your phone connected to. Grant permissions if required.

Press and hold the SYNC button for over 2 seconds. Wait until the device prompts "Welcome to Noorio" and its LED flashes blue.

Press "Next" on the App, connect to the "Noorio_xxxx" Wi-Fi network if it prompted. Noorio camera creates this temporary network so we can transfer your Wi-Fi SSID and password to the camera.

Wait until your device is added to your account.
Failed to connect to the device many times or the device did not prompt "Connecting to the network".

Long press the device's SYNC button again and wait until its LED flashes blue. If the device does not play voice instructions, try to charge it for 10 minutes and try again.

If you have a proxy enabled on your phone, please turn it off during the setup.

Reboot your phone and try again.
If you still have issues with connecting to Noorio devices' temporary access point. It is most likely something wrong with your phone's settings. There are several troubleshooting steps you can diagnose the connecting issue.
For iPhone Users

Change Cellular Data Setting on Apple device
Go to your phone's Settings -> Mobile Data, turn off "Mobile Data".

Change Wi-Fi Settings on the Apple device
Go to your phone's Settings -> WLAN -> Ask to Join Networks, and select "Ask".

Reset Network Settings on the Apple device
If you have tried Step 1 & Step 2, and the Noorio App still cannot get the device connected to your Home Wi-Fi. You may need to reset your phone's network settings.
Go to your phone's Settings -> General -> Transfer or Reset iPhone -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings, enter your lock screen password and tap "Reset Network Settings". Your phone's Mobile Data & WLAN settings will be reset after a phone reboot. Then, try to set up your Noorio device again.

For Samsung and other Android Users

Remove saved "Noorio_xxxx" networks on the Android device
Go to your phone's Settings -> Connections -> WLAN -> (Three-dot on the top-right corner) -> Advanced -> Manage networks -> Noorio_xxxx, tap "Forget" to remove saved Noorio temporary networks.

Adjust the Smart Network Switch on the Android device
Go to your phone's Settings -> Connections -> WLAN -> ⋮ (Three-dot on the top-right corner) -> Advanced, turn off "Switch to mobile data".

Reset Network Settings on the Android device
Go to your phone's Settings -> General management -> Reset -> Reset settings -> Reset network settings, enter your phone's lock screen password and tap "Reset". Once the reset is done, please try to set up your device again.
